What do you need to start a project?

To begin, we need a brief overview of your vision and your product files, whether that's CAD data, high-resolution photos, or a physical sample we can reference. Moodboards or visual references are helpful but not required. If you're unsure where to start, don't worry. We'll guide you through everything in our discovery call.

What is the typical workflow for a 3D visualization project?
Every project follows our proven 8-step process: Discovery Call, Proposal, Onboarding, Briefing & Moodboard, Concept Approval, Production (with 1 to 2 checkpoints), Delivery & Revisions, and Offboarding. This structure ensures clarity, creative alignment, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Do you offer revisions during the project?
Yes. Every project includes two revision rounds at key stages, typically after the initial concept and before final delivery. This ensures the result matches your vision perfectly. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at a transparent hourly rate.

Yes. Upon project completion and final payment, you receive full commercial usage rights for all agreed-upon channels, including digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and print. Extended licensing for additional use cases (such as global campaigns or resale) can be arranged separately.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. A single product still might take 5 to 7 days, while a full cinematic animation typically requires 3 to 4 weeks. Complex simulations or large-scale campaigns may take longer. We'll provide a clear timeline in your proposal.

Can you create animations for products that don’t exist yet?
Absolutely. This is one of CGI's greatest strengths. We can visualize products before they're manufactured, perfect for pre-launch campaigns, investor presentations, or testing market response. All we need is your CAD files or detailed specifications.

What happens if I need updates or changes in the future?
We keep your project files archived for 12 months after delivery. If you need updates, additional formats, or new variations, simply reach out and we'll provide a quote. For ongoing needs, our retainer packages offer priority access and preferential rates.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and deliverables, not hourly guesswork. We offer transparent, project-based pricing so you know the investment upfront. After our discovery call, you'll receive a detailed proposal with clear costs and no hidden fees.

What usage rights do I receive?
You receive full commercial usage rights for all deliverables upon final payment. This covers the channels agreed upon in your proposal, typically digital, social, e-commerce, and print. Raw project files remain with us, but extended licensing or exclusivity arrangements are available upon request.

Is my data and project information confidential?
Absolutely. We treat every project with strict confidentiality. Your product data, brand assets, and strategic information are never shared with third parties. We're happy to sign an NDA before starting if required.

How does payment work?
We work with a simple milestone structure: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon delivery. For larger projects, we offer a 50/25/25 split across key milestones. Work begins once the initial deposit is received. We accept bank transfer and all major payment methods.

What happens if I need updates or changes in the future?
Yes. For brands with continuous content needs, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at €2,800/month. Retainer clients enjoy priority scheduling, preferential rates, and a dedicated creative partnership. It's the ideal setup for consistent, high-quality output.
